NA 2010 Customized Email Invitations
NA 2010 now offers exhibitors two options for customized email invitations.
Option 1: Exhibitor Invites™
NA 2010 has partnered with Exhibitor Invites for NA 2010, a No Cost Email Marketing Tool
that allows exhibitors to reach their customers and prospects with customized email invitations. Exhibitor Invites allows you to create a campaign of up to three different emails that you can customize for your company. You can then upload your list and Exhibitor Invites will send the email for you, all at no cost to you.
Exhibitor Invites will qualify you for the email portion of the NA 2010 Partnership Program.
Exibitor Invites is powered by the Global IntelliSystems, a third-party bonded email distribution service. All email broadcasts are delivered through Global's email systems. No email lists are shared with show management.
Your list is secure with Exhibitor Invites. No exhibitor list will be rented, sold, or used for any other purpose, even by show management.

Option 2: NA 2010 HTML Email Invitations
Send a customized HTML invitation to NA 2010 to your best
customers and prospects. You can customize the email invitation
with your company logo, booth number, and
a link to your Website. This promotion is free
to all NA 2010 exhibitors.
You can create an HTML invitation by completing the online form (note: you will be asked to login with your NA 2010
username and password).
Alternatively, you can send an email to
emailinvitation@nashow.com.
Please include your company logo, company name, booth number, website address and which email design (see below)
you would like. The html file will be emailed
to you ready to send out to your customers and prospects.
