Important Information for International Travelers
All international attendees need to be aware of a couple important changes
from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Visa Waiver Program
(VWP) that will affect international travelers to the United States. Details

Visa Information
If you require a U.S. Visa to enter the United States to participate in NA
please be aware that the process to obtain a visa may take four months or
more so it is not too early to start. For VISA information, go to www.unitedstatesvisas.gov.
Visa forms now also may be obtained and completed online. For more information,
please visit evisaforms.state.gov.
Due to the length of the application process, we strongly encourage you to
apply as early as possible. It is recommended that you start the visa process
at least 90 days before your departure date. If you would like to request

As an international visitor to NA 2008, a number of services will be available
to make your visit a productive and rewarding experience. The International
Visitors Center will provide the following services:

- Private meeting rooms
- U.S. Department of Commerce international trade experts to answer your import/export questions
- International Matchmaker Program access to match you to the exhibitors offering the products and services you need
