Robin Holderman is vice president of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority. In partnership with Duke Realty Corp. and Capitol Square Ltd., the Columbus Regional Airport Authority is developing Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park, a 1,280 acre warehousing and distribution Park located in Franklin and Pickaway Counties in Ohio. The Park will be a multi-modal inland port featuring an international air-cargo airport, a rail intermodal terminal and unparalleled proximity to major metropolitan markets. When completed, the Park will contain approximately 20 million square feet, create 20,000 new jobs and involve an investment of nearly 1 billion dollars. Mr. Holderman’s primary responsibility is to oversee development of the Park.
