Stephen DuBose


Executive Vice President Corporate Development and Planning, Anderson-DuBose Company

Mr. DuBose is an executive with domestic and international experience in supply-chain management and corporate finance. He has an extensive background in franchise multi-unit retail and the McDonald’s Corporation. Mr. DuBose also advises fund managers on their portfolio investment companies in the retail and supply-chain categories. Mr. DuBose began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Bank Examiner and then later as an AVP in the Chairman’s office of Bankers Trust Company during which time, he served on President Reagan’s Grace Commission at the Treasury Department. He left BT to work as a Strategic Planner in the investment-banking arm of Merrill Lynch and Company. He joined GE Capital thereafter where he served as a Region Manager of the Commercial Equipment Finance Division and later Manager of International Acquisitions. Mr. DuBose left GE Capital in 1991 and co-founded The Anderson DuBose Company, a food distribution business supplying McDonald’s restaurants and other national chains. Over the years, Mr. DuBose has helped start and restructure a number of different businesses. Mr. DuBose holds a Mathematical Economics degree from Brown University in Providence, RI, and a MBA from the University of Chicago business school in Finance and Accounting.
