Attention NA 2010 Exhibitors: Call for Show Floor Seminars Sponsorships

Sponsoring a seminar at NA 2010 is a great way to enhance an attendee’s show experience. These popular 45-minute sessions feature education on industry technology, principles, application guidelines, best practices, real-life case studies and more.

These seminars are not sales pitches. They are educational presentations designed to follow considerations and guidelines important to the successful planning, selection, design, integration, installation and/or operation of material handling equipment, systems and related controls and processes. These seminars provide NA 2010 attendees with a unique learning experience in a non-commercial way.

NA 2010 seminars are unique as they are conducted in specially designed theaters right on the show floor. Each theater seats 100 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. The presentations are shown in PowerPoint and are 45 minutes in length – highly focused; right to the point. And best of all, each seminar is FREE to registered Show attendees!

NA 2010 Exhibitors may sponsor up to two sessions at a cost of $2,000 each. The number of sessions your company sponsors will determine your sponsorship level: 1 Seminar = Silver Sponsor Level; 2 Seminars = Gold Sponsorship Level. These sponsorship levels include special promotional items with your paid seminar sponsorship fee:

Don’t forget to check out our "Tips for Preparing an Effective Seminar" and the Seminar Guidelines to help streamline your presentation! You’ll have optimum educational time with your audience. We’ll provide all audiovisual needs and pre-load your presentation on special theater laptops.

PLEASE NOTE: Under no circumstances may an on-floor theater seminar be commercial, promote a company or its products, programs and/or services or make negative comments about competitors, their products, programs and/or services. Sponsors and/or Speakers who violate this guideline will, at the sole discretion of MHIA relinquish any privilege to sponsor and/or speak at seminars in future shows. (MHIA reserves the absolute, unilateral rights to review, modify, assess and reject presentations before, during and after the NA and/or ProMat Shows.)

There will be a set number of seminar slots available; and, they will go fast – to reserve yours, please complete the NA 2010 Seminar Sponsorship application in full and send to Robin Moody, Manager of Conference Programs. Please be advised, however, that completed applications will not be accepted before the January 14, 2009 Space Draw.
